All providers require a USB or PCMCIA slot (PCMCIA cards are available on some networks)

CPU, Memory and diskspace are not a consideration if your PC/laptop can run the neccesary operating systems listed below then it meets the specifications required to drive mobile broadband equipment



PC / Laptop / Mac Operating system requirements :

T mobile
Windows Vista, XP (Service pack 2), 2000 and Apple Mac OS X 10.2.6 or higher (Apple Mac Leopard is not currently supported)

Vodaphone
Windows Vista, XP (Service pack 2), OS X Panther 10.3.9 or higher

All networks
Older versions of windows (98 etc) can obtain mobile broadband on some networks, but you will need to contact the provider for more information and specification wise you will require a minimum Pentium 500 mhz cpu.
